Looking at various ways of organising your research, various methods of writing it up, presenting the research and archiving it for the future. Lots of practical hints and tips. Jane will bring along lots of examples of students presentations. Time to complete a project, writing up some of you research, between the two sessions and present the work in the second session. Not suitable for beginners.
Day one is Tuesday 6 April and day two is Tuesday 30 April.
Jane Ferentzi-Sheppard is a professional family and local historian and tutor in Adult Education. She runs a variety of family history courses in Somerset and Dorset and talks to organisations all over the country. Jane is a regular speaker at the Society of Genealogists and the ‘Who do you think you are? yearly event at Olympia.Back to List
