Spend a weekend within the beautiful surroundings of Dillington and enjoy a day of festive baking just in time for Christmas. On Friday evening, for your first visit to Frogmary Green Farm, our group will join the audience at a demonstration evening with Masterchef finalist, Angela Langford. Sit back and relax as Angela reveals how to take the stress out of the festive season by sharing her secrets to easy Christmas entertaining. Enjoy sampling some of Angela’s finest festive food along with a glass of wine or two.
On Saturday, for your second visit to Frogmary Green Farm, a day exclusively for us full of festive cheer as you create wonderful Christmas specialities. Artisan Baker Frank Heuff, will guide you as you create such delights as stollen, amandine tart, mincemeat, croissants and savoury brioche; all of which are perfect festive treats to enjoy at home or to make as gifts for family and friends.
On Sunday morning, wake up to a superb Dillington breakfast before you head for home armed with your magnificent bakes, recipes and ideas for a stress free, creative Christmas.
Fee is per person and includes:
Dillington: 2 nights’ accommodation in a standard double/twin en-suite room, traditional afternoon tea on Friday, three course dinner on Saturday evening, full English breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and transport to Frogmary Green Farm.
Frogmary Green Farm: Ticket for evening demonstration with refreshments and food sampling on Friday evening, festive baking day with ploughman’s lunch and refreshments on Saturday.
