Leave behind the busyness of the modern world, your routine and responsibilities and join like-minded people to relax and enjoy a few days of mindfulness, yoga and stress awareness. Suitable for all levels of ability and experience, from those with a regular yoga and meditation practice to those wishing to simply discover what these are all about. The workshop will include four yoga practices, one yoga nidra, one mindfulness and meditation session, a stress awareness session and a talk and meditation focussed on getting a good night’s sleep. There will be plenty of time within the schedule to rest, read, walk in the countryside, chat with other guests or simply relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Dillington House.

Bev Alderson

Bev Alderson is a general and workplace Yoga, Mindfulness and Stress Effectiveness Teacher with a strong corporate background, having spent 18+ years performing high pressured management roles in both the UK and Australia.

Understanding first-hand the impacts of a high-pressured lifestyle, Bev brings a fairlyunique and authentic perspective to her work. She has a practical delivery style and draws upon her personal experiences and the principles of stress effectiveness, mindfulness and yoga to support anyone wishing to create more balance in a busy world.

Bev provides presentations, workshops and comprehensive programmes through open events, conferences and workplace wellness programmes in line with each client’s preferences and goals.

Bev completed a Diploma in Yoga with the highly respected Qi Yoga School in Sydney in 2012 and with Sivananda in India in 2015. She also completed a Certificate in Stress Management with the London Centre for Coaching and Counselling in 2014, an ILM with the Stress Management Society in 2014 and a Diploma in Meditation with the British School of Meditation in 2016.
