Not only effectively Britain’s first children's charity, it was also its first public art gallery, paving the way for the rapid expansion of exhibition spaces which followed.
As a film-maker, I travel the world but few places offer such repose, intellectual stimulation and comfort. I can't wait to come back. My hat is most certainly off to all the hard-working team at Dillington. Their commitment to high quality service and programme innovation is truly remarkable. I thoroughly recommend it!
