A workshop for newcomers and those who want to refresh their technical skills. We will look at how a camera works, the optics, basic controls, types of ‘camera’, lenses and equipment. We will investigate aperture, shutter and ISO controls and their effect on depth of field. Although this workshop looks at technical aspects, Brian will illustrate and explain things simply and clearly so everyone understands. To get maximum benefit from this workshop you should be familiar with the basic controls of your camera.
