This is a more technical Chi Kung routine from the same stable as the General Health Set, in the Chi Kung Taster above. It is, as the name suggests, a set of eight exercises focussed on the Digestive System. You will be expected to suckle saliva and swallow it, massage the stomach and slap acupoints as directed - as well as control breathing! It is, however, a very effective exercise form, combined with accurate breathing to benefit the digestive tract.
